Potter

We worked on our 6Rs during Well being Wednesday.

Learning to tell the time

We tie dyed t shirts to wear on our trip to the seaside.

Using rulers and cubes to help us, we measured our feet and hands. Then we found things in the garden that were the same size.

We have looked at fractions in lots of different ways.

To help us with our fractions, we cut up buns then ate them.

We played a board game to help us practise our ten times tables and the related division facts.

We learnt what kinds of flowers bees like and what they do.

We have been focusing on jumping in PE and today we tried out lots of different jumping activities.

We learnt about the oceans and how plastic waste can destroy them.

We drew our friends then wrote things we like about them.

We had fun playing contractions dominoes.

We loved dressing up in lots of colours for mental health awareness week.

We have made puppets and retold the traditional tale 'Little Red Riding Hood'.

In history we have been looking at the first planes and then how planes fly, so we made a paper one to try.

We have been connecting with nature and thinking about our mental health by finding animals and objects in the clouds.

We looked at what plants need to grow and 'planted' our own beans.

In PE, we thought carefully about how planes move and tried to copy these movements.

Real life drawing of flowers in the garden.

Well being Wednesday flowers and symmetry.

VR headsets looking at the seven wonders of the world.

Balancing in the shape of planes in PE.

Our amazing homework about the seven wonders of the world.

We ended our Africa topic by making some African necklaces and doing African dances.

For well being Wednesday we did some weaving.

We really enjoyed making Easter cards and Easter nests.

We have planted some sunflower seeds and are now watching them grow. How tall will they get?

We had great fun today on our Easter egg hunt. We have to work as a team to answer the questions in the eggs.

We really enjoyed the Cinderella pantomime.

We read some Christmas acrostic poems then performed them.

Sachi very kindly shared chocolates with us while we did some Christmas maths.

Our classroom looks lovely and christmassy.

We made paper snowflakes to decorate the classroom.

We are so proud of our finished finger puppets.

We learnt about the structure of instruction texts by piecing ones back together.

We have made our very own finger puppets.

We had great fun learning how to play dodgeball.

Our learning environment. The classroom and the corridor.

We really enjoyed dressing up for Children in Need.

We loved doing races for Children in Need, especially the sack race and the egg and spoon.
